Today I’m introducing you to the composer and piano player Jiro Maria Lodrone and the track Veneto. Jiro is an Italian composer who is now located in Munich where he is studying composition. Jiro has played the piano since he was a child and describes his composition style as very influenced by his homeland.
Is this track (or will it be) featured on an album/ep? When will that be released?
The track Veneto as released as a single on the 21st of July, 2023 but will also be part of the upcoming EP “La mia laguna”.
Tell us something about your track Veneto!
Veneto is my home, even if I don’t currently live there. The longing for the people, for the smell of salt water, for the crowing of the seagulls, all that is in this short piece. Romantic chords that crash like waves against the time-honoured houses of Venice and my anticipation of seeing the most beautiful place in the world again is palpable in every bar.
