Today I’m introducing you with another track by the Italian composer and piano player Luca Mazzillo, called Gymnopedie No.2. Luca works as a hardware engineer and likes to play board games. He lives in Rome with his wife and his cat. Every now and then he releases piano music.

Tell us something about your track Gymnopedie No.2!
Every year, in July, in ancient Sparta (Greece), a festival was held where young men danced and competed against each other: this was the Gymnopedie. Erik Satie composed three pieces inspired by this event, and my composition reflects the serene beauty of his Gymnopedies. In 2022, I published my first Gymnopedie and I am currently releasing my second one.
