Today I’m presenting you with the track Where the river takes you by the Canadian composer and piano player Christina Degazio, who makes music under the name Beautiful Life. Christina has been playing the piano since she was tall enough to reach up to the keys on the piano. Music also runs in her family, because her father was involves in Broadway theatre and her brother is a musician as well.

I am fortunate to live in a part of Canada that is known for its beautiful lakes, lush wooded areas, winding rivers and waterfalls. In a world that seems increasingly busy and chaotic, I find myself escaping more and more to those areas for peace and solace. Where the River Takes You is a musical journey that reflects the mystery, majesty and tranquility of those places.
