Today I’m presenting you with the track Wishful Thinking by the Canadian composer and piano player Christina Degazio aka. Beautiful Life. Christina lives in Ontario in the northern parts of Canada where “where winters are long and music is especially my escape during those many months of snow and cold”. Christina has studies the piano since the age of four and wrote her first track at the age of 12 for her best friend.
The track Wishful Thinking was released as a single on the 2nd of February, 2024.
Winters are long and hard where I live. One morning in the middle of a blustery snow storm – I sat at the piano and looked out the window at the swirling blizzard. I tried in my mind to escape instead to a beautiful summer’s day where a gentle breeze rustled the leaves and the sun shone brightly. That’s where “Wishful Thinking” was born.
