Today I’m introducing you to another track by CrusaderBeach, which is a project by the British composer and piano player Adrian Webster. Adrian has made compositions for the piano for as long as he can remember, and he grew up with an old upright piano in his bedroom.
I continued to compose privately for my own pleasure for many years, and it was only in later life that I began releasing my music publicly – initially posting original piano compositions on YouTube under the profile name CrusaderBeach.
The track Return to Happiness was released as a single ont eh 9th of June, 2023.
Tell us something about your track Return to Happiness!
‘Return to Happiness’ is a gently melodic solo track featuring soft, felt piano tones to create an atmosphere of close intimacy. The piece takes its inspiration from the changing of the seasons and the coming of better days. The song’s title is a reference to the flower, Lily of the Valley, (as featured in the cover artwork) which blooms in late spring and was said to signify the return of happiness.
