Today I’m introducing you to the composer and piano player Dominik Giesriegl, originally from Vienna but now located in Munich, Germany. Dominik started playing the piano at the age of eight and calls himself “the laziest piano student out there”. He also learned a couple of other instrument and started composing at the age of 18 and now composes music for film.
The track Shape was released as a single on the first of April, 2021.
Tell us something about your track Shape!
Shape used to be a song with a lot of other instruments and even voclas. For some reason i was really unhappy with it and so i reduced the whole composition till i got to the point where only the piano accompaniment was left. In other words i erased/deleted most of the notes and all that is left is a piano playing a simple pattern.
