Today I’m introducing you to the track Le uova dei sogni by the Italian piano player and composer Franco Nanni. Franco started out with playing the church organ and later went on to play the synthesizer. He released his first album in 1987 which was released on vinyl and is still a collectors item in USA, Japan and other countries.

The title of this song means ‘the eggs of dreams’. It originates from a lullaby-like musical idea, speaking of dreams, of the simple, clean world of the night, but tinged with a slight melancholy. It tells of an innocent, lovable world, a world we are in danger of losing.
