Today I’m presenting you with the track Travelers by the American composer and piano player Julie Hanney from Oregon.
The track was released as a single on the 9th of July, 2021.
Tell us something about your track Travelers!
I wrote the main theme of this song several years ago while riding on a bus with nothing but notation paper to amuse me. I referred to it as the “bus song” until earlier this year when I dusted off the staff paper and added a bridge. I renamed the song Travelers because I hope to capture the sense of anticipation and encountering the unknown that one feels when on a journey.
