Today I’m presenting you with the composer and piano player Lewis Bolland and his track The Forest. Lewis is based in Reading, UK and started playing the piano at the age of six. He was taught by his grandmother Elise. He started composing at the age of 13 and haven’t stopped since then. He works as a pianist and performs at weddings, luxury hotels and high profile events.
The track The Forest was released as a single on the 5th of January, but will also be part of an album un 2024.
Tell us something about your track The Forest!
I am fortunate to have a gate at the end of our garden that opens into a forest. People often comment on how lovely it is for us to have such a privilege. I have fond memories of taking walks in the forest with my family when I was younger, and it inspired me to compose music with the idea of walking through a forest. It is an experience filled with beautiful moments as well as some darker ones. That is the story behind ‘The Forest.
