Today I’m introducing you to the Italian composer and piano player Luca Patrona from Milano. As well as being a piano player and composer he is also an engineer and a photographer. He started making music about two years ago.

Tell us something about your track A quiet place!
A quiet place is a part of ‘group of songs’ (Aria, Soundrise, Was all a dream) made with a special felt piano, using part of the sound of the instrument to modulate a background guitar, without writing the line of music
My goal with this song is to offer a short trip in a quiet place, inside us, to rest and refill energyThe solo piano brings gently into a landscape of small steps, growing in a circle of peaceful musical entitiesThe end is sudden, because I wish to leave the listener with a half step forward ready to go on.
