Today I’m introducing you to the Swedish film director, composer and piano player Maceo Frost. Maceo started to play the piano as a for of meditation to handle a very hectic life. During the past few years he has written a lot of songs which have helped him relax.

Tell us something about your track Failing to Meditate!
Failing to Meditate is my debut song and an homage to all the moments my mind drifted away from the present, looking at the phone instead of the sunset, the clock instead of focusing on the yoga class. Ultimately to surrender to the present moment.The song is recorded at home in my kitchen.
