Today I’m introducing you to the latest track, Dawn, by the Egyptian composer and piano player Omar Raafat, now located in Canada. Omar has been playing several different instruments since he was a child.
The track Dawn is taken from the album A way home which was released early February of 2020.
Tell us something about your track Dawn!
“Dawn” is the first song on my new album “A Way Home”. The idea behind it reflects an awakening as the sun rises from darkness that is followed by an intimate solo piano that sets the mood for the rest of the experience. The album is meant to be heard as a whole from start to finish as each track progresses into the next creating a melodic journey into the music.
