Today I’m presenting you with the British composer and piano player Rich Townsend who releases music using the moniker Samplehound. Rich started playing the piano at seven and started composing his own music in this 20s. Rich is now retired but has continued to work with his music.
The track Rebuilding was released as a single on the 8th of October, but will also be part of an album in 2022.
Tell us something about your track Rebuilding!
I wrote the track after I suffered a flood at home. When the initial cleanup is done comes the task of putting things right again. That’s what this track is about. It is a long, stressful and sometimes painful process. I hope this track encourages other people who are going through the same thing.
