Today I’m presenting you with the Dutch piano player and composer Daniël Tomàs. Daniël has played the piano since he was very young and started playing on his grandmothers piano. He then want on to study jazz/ pop piano at the ArtEZ Conservatory, focusing on improvisation.
The track Onism was released as a single on the 22nd of October, 2021 but will also be part of an upcoming album.
Tell us something about your track Onism!
It’s an ode to the world and how little of the world we can experience in ones lifetime. It’s a song about how big you can feel in the world we live in but how tiny we actually are, and how this realization feels. It’s recorded in the same living room as where I first started playing piano and I used a felt piano.
