Today I’m presenting you with the track Babs by the Irish composer and piano player Diarmuid J Kennedy. Diarmuid comes from Dublin and started composing piano music a few years ago after finishing his piano studies in London. He started playing at the age of 13 byt gave it up after he “froze in a piano exam”.
The track Babs was released as a single on the 24th of November, 2023.

The track Babs is about a broken robot. Robots like humans can be fixed too. The piano solo is an emotional piece with nice melodic motifs and has an overall cinematic quality to it.
