Today I’m presenting you with the track Forest Totem by the American composer and piano player DNTST from Los Angeles. DNTS has written music for the piano since the age of 6 and mainly has learned playing by ear.
The track was released as a single on the 1st of June, 2023, but will also be part of an album later this year.
Tell us something about your track Forest Totem!
The same song may evoke different feelings for each listener, but this track, “forest totem”, was inspired by an air of Studio Ghibli. An energy of walking through a forest with spirits around. Somewhat melancholic, somewhat whimsical. An air of mystery, and air of embrace. That being said, there is no wrong answer. I hope this song takes its listeners on a journey, as it has for me.
