Today I’m introducing you to British composer and piano player Elliott Jacqués. The inspiration to play piano came at a young age from his grandmother who played the church organ. Later Elliot started playing himself; copying the parts he heard his grandmother play in church.
The track Home is Elliott Jacqués debut single (congrats!), and was released on the 4th of October of 2019.
Tell us something about your track Home!
Home is about the warm, sentimental feelings I get when visiting home. When composing this piece It brought back feelings and memories of playing on our old family bechstein upright piano whilst looking out of the window at the bleak winter landscape in our back garden. The piano sounds inside brought a certain warmth to our home. I wanted to capture this.
