Today I’m presenting you with the track Sun by the Italian composer and piano player Fabio di Biase. Fabio has studied both classical and jazz music and has attended jazz seminars at the Berkeley School of music. He has written music since 2018 and is mainly writing music for solo piano.
The track Sun was released as a single ont he 12th of may, 2022, but will also be part of an future EP.
Tell us something about your track Sun!
My song “Sun” was born one afternoon in March. While I was improvising a series of arpeggios in a major key on the piano, I was reminded of a song by the great artist Stevie Wonder, “If It’s Magic”, taken from his famous album “Songs in the key of life”. The intent is to communicate a sense of wonder and amazement in the face of the beauty of creation, of our sun that gives us life every day. Often my music is inspired by nature and that sense of gratitude towards God and his creation.
