Today I’m presenting you with another track by the British composer and piano player Helen Keeling-Marston, based in Hampshire, England. Helen has played the piano since she was a child and has been composing neo classical piano music for the past 10 years.
The track Northern star was released as a single on the 21st of November, 2025 but will be featured on an upcoming album.
Tell us something about your track Northern Star!
Northern Star is a slightly melancholic, yet also slightly hopeful, track about a star of hope, and a star that leads you in the right direction. I wanted to write and perform a piece that was concurrently nostalgic and hopeful for Christmas, but also a piece that would be a good soundtrack for the winter (for people who live in the northern hemisphere!). I hope I achieved it!
