Today I’m presenting you with the track Senza by the British composer and piano player Lewis Bolland. Lewis comes from Berkshire and was tought to play the piano by his grandmother when he was six years old. He works as a professional piano player and is also a teacher.
The track Senza was released on the EP rest volume 1 which came out on the 19th of January, 2024.

Taking time to rest is one of the most important acts of self-care – essential for both physical and mental wellbeing. Music has always been a source of comfort and tranquility for me. Whether listening or composing, it provides an opportunity for me to slow down and unwind. I created rest in the hope that it will help you make space for moments of calm and rest in your own day, and lead a happier, more balanced life as a result.
