The Hope album: Holly Jones – Agape

The Hope album: Holly Jones – Agape

2020 was a difficult year for all people; a raging pandemic that killed 2.3 million people,  unprecedented wildfires in California and Australia, a huge blast in Beirut that destroyed half the city, and racial tensions everywhere. The Hope piano compilation album was born of the idea to bring together 12 well-established pianists from across the globe and spread a message of hope through music, each in his own way. – Jean-Paul Zoghbi

Today I’m introducing you to the composer and piano player Holly Jones from Oklahoma in the United States. Holly started playing the violin at the age of three, piano at the age of eight and made her first songs a the age of nine.

Agape was released as a single on February 26th, an is also a part of the album “HOPE”.

Tell us something about your track Agape!
Like many in this historic, unprecedented global time, 2020 has given me the unique opportunity to listen and reassess all things in my world.  Out of this has come the deepest compassion for every being in this small planet of ours, and the awareness of how we are each linked with one another at our spiritual core.  “Agape”speaks of the true constant of unconditional love that is present and available in every relationship, every interaction, with its transcendent power to heal multi-dimensionally, breaking all barriers and limitations.  This composition of inspiration and joy reflects the deeper awareness of underlying peace in these most tumultuous of times.

Thank you for this Holly!
