Today I’m introducing you to the track 333 by the Austrian composer and piano player Leon Tomoc, living in Vienna. Leon studied classical music in his hometown Mozarteum Salzburg, and later went on to study jazz piano in Vienna. He is now finishing up his masters degree in songwriting in London.
The track 333 was released as a single on the 30th of April, 2021.
Tell us something about your track 333!
I composed it during a rainy and stormy night in my small room
It was dark outside and only thunderbolts were lighting up my room
I read a verse from the bible and suddenly I had the urge to play something on the piano
It just came out of me
So I gave it the name 333 (the number of the angel)
Its this moment where you don’t know how this music actually came out of you
A moment of presence, stillness and focus
