Today I’m introducing you to the track wind whispers by the German piano player and composer Tim Treford, based in Hamburg. Tim started to play the piano at the age of seven and wrote his first piece of music about 10 years ago; when he moved to Hamburg. He has studied music at the university and find his biggest challenge in making music is to ”keeping it simple”.
The track wind whispers was released as a single on the XX but will also be part of an upcoming EP in march.
Tell us something about your track wind whispers!
“Wind whispers” started like most of my pieces with improvising. I try to get myself in a mood and put my fingers on the keyboard. And then I let myself drift like a leaf in the wind.
