Today I’m presenting you with the track O by the Belgian multi-instrumentalist and composer Ward Dhoore. Ward started releasing his own compositions last year.
The track O was released as a single on the 29th of march, 2022, but will also be part of an upcoming album next winter.
Tell us something about your track O!
I wrote this minimal piano track to comfort friends going through a difficult time. For days I was thinking about the right words to tell to comfort them, until the moment I sat down at my piano starting to play this melody. It turned out that this was my best way to comfort them. I released the song on World Piano Day. It felt like the perfect moment to release this track.
