Today I’m introducing you to the German piano player and composer Yan Springett and the track Awakening. Yan started playing the piano at the age of seven after convincing his parents to buy some piano sheet music for him. Shortly after he started improvising and composing his own pieces.
The track Awakening is taken from the Ep Outlooks which was released on the 28th of January, 2022.
Tell us something about your track Awakening!
Spending time in nature has always been very important to me because I get inspired to compose new music, and it helps me to clear my mind, especially after long days at work. For my EP “Outlooks” I wanted to capture those freeing and yet calming feelings that I experienced in nature and present them as little pieces that comfort the listener with hope and a sense of freshness.
